and charged in US Dollars (USD) unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Reservation requests are typically reviewed within 24 hours. Booking confirmations are sent by email or WhatsApp once availability is secured.
Concierge service fee
A service fee is quoted per request based on the destination, scope and number of bookings. You approve the fee in USD before we begin.
Venue deposits & minimum spends
Some venues require a deposit or minimum spend. These are set by the venue, shown to you upfront in USD, and collected only after your approval.
VIP access & experiences
Access to VIP venues, private experiences and exclusive reservations is quoted in USD and confirmed in writing before arrangements are made.
