La Saulire is a long-established gastronomic restaurant in the heart of Courchevel 1850, known for its refined cuisine, warm Alpine character, and exceptional focus on black truffles. Run by Catherine and Benoît Redondo, the restaurant combines attentive hospitality with a sophisticated culinary approach built around fresh, seasonal products. Black truffle features prominently across the chef’s creations, while the menu also showcases French and Savoyard specialties including truffle fondue, truffle risotto, and other carefully prepared dishes. Its prestigious wine cellar is a major highlight, featuring an extensive selection with particular emphasis on the Grand Crus of Bordeaux.
