The terms that govern our service.

These Terms of Service apply to all concierge, reservation assistance, restaurant coordination, venue inquiry, and lifestyle support services provided by Mattconcierge LLC, also known as Matt Concierge. By requesting, confirming, paying for, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Concierge Services Only

Mattconcierge LLC provides restaurant and lifestyle concierge support. Our services may include restaurant recommendations, reservation assistance, private dining inquiries, special request communication, guest-list support, celebration arrangements, venue introductions, and coordination with restaurants, lounges, clubs, beach clubs, and hospitality venues.

We do not own, operate, control, or provide the restaurants, venues, meals, drinks, tables, events, or hospitality services themselves. We provide concierge support only.

2. What You Are Paying For

When you pay Mattconcierge LLC, you are paying for our time, access, research, communication, coordination, and administrative support. Unless clearly stated otherwise in writing, your payment to Mattconcierge LLC is a concierge service fee. Third-party restaurant or venue charges may be separate and may need to be paid directly to the restaurant or venue.

3. Third-Party Restaurants and Venues

All restaurant and venue services are provided by independent third parties. Each restaurant or venue has its own rules, availability, pricing, cancellation policy, dress code, minimum spend, menu, deposit requirements, and entry conditions.

Mattconcierge LLC is not responsible for restaurant or venue decisions, including but not limited to cancellations, denied entry, table changes, menu changes, service quality, pricing changes, minimum spend changes, delays, or refusal of service. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee approval, availability, entry, table location, or any specific outcome.

4. Requests and Confirmations

A request is not confirmed until the restaurant or venue confirms it in writing or through its official confirmation process. Messages, recommendations, proposals, estimated prices, or updates from Mattconcierge LLC are not final confirmations unless clearly stated. Availability, pricing, times, dates, deposits, minimum spends, cancellation terms, and conditions may change before final confirmation.

5. Service Delivery Policy

Mattconcierge LLC provides a service, not a physical product. There is no shipping. After payment is received, concierge work may begin by email, WhatsApp, phone, SMS, Instagram, or another agreed communication method. Service delivery may include recommendations, restaurant research, reservation requests, venue communication, coordination updates, and client support. Delivery time depends on the request, restaurant response times, availability, client response time, and complexity of the request.

6. Client Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information. This may include your full name, phone number, email address, requested date, requested time, number of guests, restaurant preference, dietary restrictions, special requests, celebration notes, and any other information needed to support your request.

You are responsible for reviewing all details before confirming a request, including date, time, number of guests, location, price, deposit amount, cancellation policy, dress code, age restriction, and venue rules. Mattconcierge LLC is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, delayed, or unclear information provided by you.

7. Fees and Pricing

Mattconcierge LLC may charge concierge fees, reservation assistance fees, planning fees, coordination fees, access fees, retainer fees, or other agreed service fees. All prices will be shown in the applicable currency before payment. Unless stated otherwise in writing, Mattconcierge LLC fees are separate from restaurant or venue charges. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, card fees, bank fees, transfer fees, currency conversion fees, and payment processing fees.

8. Payment Terms

Payment may be required before work begins, before a request is submitted, before a reservation is held, or before continued concierge support is provided. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. If payment is declined, delayed, reversed, disputed, or not completed, Mattconcierge LLC may pause or cancel the related concierge service. We may refuse or cancel service if we believe a payment is unauthorized, fraudulent, high-risk, or suspicious.

9. Restaurant and Venue Payments

Where possible, clients should pay restaurants and venues directly. If Mattconcierge LLC helps coordinate payment instructions between a client and a restaurant or venue, this does not make Mattconcierge LLC the restaurant, venue, operator, or service provider. Restaurant and venue charges remain subject to the restaurant or venue’s own payment terms, cancellation policies, refund policies, and deadlines.

10. Refund Policy

Mattconcierge LLC service fees are generally non-refundable once work has started. This is because our fees cover time, research, communication, access, coordination, and administrative work, whether or not a restaurant or venue approves the request.

A refund may be considered only if:

  • Mattconcierge LLC has not started work;
  • a duplicate payment was made by mistake;
  • a payment error occurred; or
  • Mattconcierge LLC agrees in writing to issue a refund.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible. Payment processing fees, bank fees, card fees, and currency conversion differences may not be refundable.

11. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a concierge request by contacting Mattconcierge LLC in writing. Cancellation of our concierge support does not automatically cancel any restaurant or venue reservation. Restaurant and venue cancellations are subject to the restaurant or venue’s own rules and deadlines. If work has already started, Mattconcierge LLC service fees remain payable and are generally non-refundable. If you cancel after a restaurant or venue has charged a deposit, cancellation fee, minimum spend, or no-show fee, you remain responsible for those charges.

12. Changes to Requests

Changes are subject to availability and restaurant or venue approval. If you request changes to the date, time, guest number, venue, table type, menu, or special arrangements, additional Mattconcierge LLC service fees may apply. Restaurants and venues may also charge change fees, cancellation fees, price differences, deposits, or additional costs.

13. No-Show, Late Arrival, and Guest Number Changes

If you or your guests arrive late, do not attend, reduce the number of guests, fail to follow venue rules, or are denied entry, the restaurant or venue may charge cancellation, no-show, or minimum spend fees. Mattconcierge LLC is not responsible for these charges. Our concierge service fee remains payable.

14. Dress Code, Entry, and Venue Rules

Restaurants, lounges, clubs, beach clubs, and hospitality venues may enforce dress codes, age restrictions, identification checks, security checks, arrival times, guest limits, table limits, and behavior rules. Final entry is always at the discretion of the restaurant or venue. Mattconcierge LLC is not responsible if a restaurant or venue denies entry, changes a table, changes pricing, changes a minimum spend, changes a menu, changes a policy, or refuses service.

15. VIP Requests and Special Preferences

Mattconcierge LLC may request preferred tables, views, special access, guest-list support, birthday arrangements, anniversary arrangements, dietary notes, custom menus, or other preferences. These are requests only. They are not guaranteed unless confirmed directly by the restaurant or venue. Final approval always remains with the restaurant or venue.

16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree to contact Mattconcierge LLC first if you have any concern regarding a payment or service. You agree not to file an improper chargeback for concierge services that were started, researched, coordinated, communicated, introduced, arranged, or delivered. Improper chargebacks may result in suspension of active services, refusal of future services, and recovery of unpaid fees, dispute fees, legal costs, collection costs, and any related expenses.

17. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Mattconcierge LLC services for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes. We may refuse or cancel service if a request appears unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent, misleading, high-risk, or in violation of restaurant rules, venue rules, payment processor rules, or applicable law.

18. Client Conduct

You and your guests agree to behave respectfully and lawfully. Restaurants and venues may refuse service or remove guests for inappropriate behavior, intoxication, harassment, damage, illegal activity, non-compliance, or violation of venue rules. You are responsible for your guests and for any damages, fines, penalties, extra charges, or losses caused by you or your party.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mattconcierge LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. This includes loss of enjoyment, missed reservations, denied entry, delays, emotional distress, reputational harm, lost profits, or third-party venue failure. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of concierge service fees paid directly to Mattconcierge LLC for the specific service related to the claim.

20. No Guarantee

Mattconcierge LLC makes reasonable efforts to assist with client requests, but we do not guarantee availability, approval, entry, table location, upgrades, confirmations, restaurant performance, venue performance, or any specific outcome. Some requests may be unavailable, declined, delayed, changed, or cancelled by the restaurant or venue.

21. Force Majeure

Mattconcierge LLC is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. This includes weather, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, government restrictions, venue closure, restaurant closure, supplier failure, power outages, technical failures, or other events outside our control.

22. Intellectual Property

All recommendations, proposals, guides, plans, documents, messages, and materials created by Mattconcierge LLC are for the client’s personal use only. They may not be copied, sold, published, shared, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

23. Privacy

We may collect and use personal information necessary to provide concierge services, including names, contact details, preferences, reservation details, payment details, and request-related information. We may share necessary information with restaurants, venues, and third-party service providers only where needed to support your request. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Mattconcierge LLC does not store full card details. Communication may take place by email, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS, or other messaging platforms.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute shall be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

25. Updates to These Terms

Mattconcierge LLC may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you request, confirm, pay for, or use our services will apply.
