Manko Paris is a sophisticated Nikkei restaurant and vibrant nightlife destination on the prestigious Avenue Montaigne in Paris’s Golden Triangle. The restaurant brings together the intensity of Peruvian cuisine with the precision of Japanese techniques, creating an expressive and contemporary dining experience.

Led by Chef Melio Oriundo Chavez, the menu celebrates the meeting of Andean traditions and Japanese culinary craftsmanship through refined ceviches, tiraditos, crudos, grilled meats and other signature Nikkei creations. At the heart of the restaurant, the Ceviche Bar turns the preparation of fresh fish and seafood into part of the dining experience.

The interiors combine golden details, precious mosaics, wood panelling and warm lighting to create an elegant and immersive setting inspired by Peru and the Andes. Manko also features a dedicated cocktail bar, with Pisco Sours and creative drinks built around South American spirits.

As evening progresses, Manko transforms into a lively Parisian destination. From Thursday to Saturday, live musicians, DJs, percussion and performances bring a festive energy to the restaurant and bar, making Manko ideal for both sophisticated dining and late-night celebrations.
