Designed as an experience that evolves from day to night, NAŌ combines contemporary Japanese-inspired cuisine, Mediterranean influences and a sophisticated Riviera atmosphere.

The restaurant’s cuisine brings together raw and cooked elements, with binchōtan cooking, seasonal vegetables and produce from the Var region taking centre stage.
